Also know as "thym" or "du tin" or "tin" and used to flavor every Mauritian dishes. Grow your own thym to use in your kitchen.

Thyme seeds are best sown in spring. They should germinate within a couple of weeks. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, move them into individual pots.

Keep in a warm, bright spot and water regularly.
