By using or placing an order on Tizardin.mu, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and place orders.
1. Purchase Contract
1.1 This website is operated by Tizardin.mu (BRN 107024772). By browsing or ordering you accept these Terms. We may update them at any time; continued use means you accept the new Terms.
1.2 We sell authorized local plants, organic produce, bio-fertilizers and other gardening items only to end-users.
1.3 After you place an order (online or by phone), we'll send you a confirmation via the website or email.
1.4 That confirmation is not acceptance of your order. Acceptance (and the contract) occurs when we dispatch your items, unless we cancel under clause 11.
2. Cart & Pricing
2.1 Prices for added items use the rate at order confirmation. Promotions may expire if you later amend your cart.
2.2 Out-of-stock items cannot be added. You may reserve them via our Contact Us page.
2.3 Delivery fees (when applicable) appear separately at checkout based on your region.
2.4 Beware some plants are toxic to pets. Tizardin.mu disclaims any liability for harm to animals from purchased plants.
2.5 Due to local regulations, we use eco-friendly bags, recyclable boxes, or no packaging where possible.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer (internet banking) in advance. Unpaid orders are not processed or scheduled for delivery. See our Bank Details page for more.
4. Delivery
4.1 Availability
- Delivery options appear on each product page.
- You can change your address at checkout or via our Information page.
- Quantities may be limited for special-offer items.
4.2 Accuracy & Rescheduling
- Please ensure someone is present to receive your order. Failed deliveries incur a redelivery fee.
- Adverse weather or events beyond our control may delay or cancel delivery. We will contact you to reschedule.
- If you instruct us to leave items unattended, we disclaim liability for any loss or damage.
5. Defective & Incorrect Items
5.1 Inspect your plants on arrival. Report defects, missing or wrong items within 1 hour via SMS/call at +230 525-55061 or +230 525-42667. We may request a photo.
Subject to availability, we’ll refund or replace any item that fails to meet your reasonable satisfaction. See our Refund Policy.
6. Amendments & Cancellations
You can amend or cancel orders up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery slot by calling +230 525-55061 or emailing contact@tizardin.mu. After that, orders cannot be changed.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
We’re not in breach if delays or failures arise from events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, traffic, acts of God). Our liability is limited to the price of undelivered items and delivery costs.
8. Privacy
- We may record calls for quality purposes.
- Your personal data is held securely — never sold. Shared only with partners when necessary to fulfill your order.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account password confidential and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
