Coriander Seeds

Coriander is an herb that’s commonly used in Mauritian kitchen to flavor dishes also known as "Cotomili". This herb may help lower blood sugar. Rich in immune boosting antioxidants.

Germination of coriander takes up to 2-3 weeks.

Sow seeds in multi-cell trays, directly into the soil outdoors where they are to grow, or into pots. In the vegetable plot, sow seeds thinly 1cm deep in rows, 30cm apart.
