Refund & Return Policy
Countries: This policy applies to customers in Mauritius only.
Payments: We accept payments in advance to ensure seamless order processing. Payment instructions are sent via email or SMS upon order placement.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under these conditions:
- Product must be in original, unused, “like-new” condition.
- Return request within 14 days of delivery date.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled under the same terms as returns. Replacement item availability depends on stock.
Refunds
Refunds are processed under these terms:
- Refunds available for items returned within 14 days.
- Defective products: Full refund after verification.
- Non-defective products: Refund excludes delivery fee (if any).
Refunds issued within 7–10 working days after approval.

- Tizardin.mu does not collect or store any customer banking details.

Conditions for Refund Approval
- Returned products must be new, unused, with original packaging.
- Defective items may require a photo for verification.
Delivery Delays
Adverse weather or uncontrollable events may delay delivery. We’ll notify you and reschedule. Refunds for undelivered items cover item cost & delivery fees only.
