Refund and Return Policy

Countries: This policy applies to customers in Mauritius only.

Payments: We accept payments in advance to ensure seamless order processing. Payment instructions will be sent via email or SMS upon order placement.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and new condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products under the same conditions as returns. Availability of replacement items will depend on stock levels at the time of the request.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

  • Refunds are available for both defective and non-defective products returned within the 14-day window.
  • Defective products: A full refund will be issued after verification.
  • Non-defective products: Refunds will exclude the delivery fee (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Tizardin.mu does not collect or retain any banking details from customers.

Delivery Delays

Adverse weather or other uncontrollable events may cause delivery delays. Tizardin.mu will notify you promptly and reschedule the delivery. Refunds for undelivered items will be limited to the cost of the item(s) and delivery fees, as applicable.
