Delivery Policy
At Tizardin.mu, we’re committed to providing seamless pick-up and home delivery services across Mauritius for all products in our store, including plants and articles. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options and terms.
Delivery Options
Home Delivery
- A minimum purchase of Rs 500 is required.
- Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on your region. Enter your postal code to get the best delivery rate, displayed as “Local Delivery.”
- Don’t know your postal code? Find it here or alternate link.
Pick Up in Store
- Free of charge with no delivery fee.
- You can collect your plant(s) directly from the store at Tizardin.
- You’ll receive a notification via email, SMS, or WhatsApp when your plant(s) are ready for collection, along with our store location pin.
- Payments can be made in-store by cash or MCB Juice Pay upon collection.
Collecting on behalf of someone else? Bring the order reference number for verification.
Free Home Delivery
- Orders over Rs 2,000 without a discount code qualify for free home delivery.
- Automatic Application: Free delivery is applied automatically based on your region when your basket value averages Rs 1,500 and a valid postal code is entered.
- Note: The Rs 1,500 represents the average order basket required to qualify for free home delivery. The delivery amount is calculated separately based on your region.

Delivery Confirmation
- You’ll receive a delivery confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp within a few hours of your order payment confirmation.

Delivery Scheduling
- Deliveries occur on weekdays and, optionally, on Saturdays.
- No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays (exceptions may apply to specific areas).
- Preferred delivery times can be coordinated via WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Saturday Deliveries:
If a delivery falls on a public holiday, it will be rescheduled to the next available Saturday. (This does not affect in-store pick-ups.)
To Ensure Timely Delivery
Please provide accurate details during checkout:
- Full name
- Complete and valid delivery address
- Valid phone number
- Share your payment receipt via WhatsApp
Our team may contact you for additional details, such as street or apartment information, if needed.
In the event your order is out for delivery: you’re unavailable during delivery, an authorized person can collect your order on your behalf. Simply notify us accordingly and provide their contact details via WhatsApp.
Delivery Window
- Standard Delivery: 48 to 72 hours on weekdays, depending on your region.
- Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in some areas based on order time and location.
- Extended Delivery: For districts such as Flacq, Moka, Savanne, Grand Port, Rivière Noire, and GRSE, delivery may take longer.
Important Notes

Customers must provide a valid contact number and be reachable during the selected delivery window.

Delivery Unaccomplished: We take special care to ensure that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available to collect the order. If no one is present when the delivery is attempted, the item(s) will be retained by us. We will send you a delivery notification and attempt to rearrange the delivery. In case of re-delivery, an additional delivery fee will apply. Please refer to our refund policy.
Defective | Incomplete | Incorrect Items
We will always supply the full quantity you have ordered. If the items delivered are incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us promptly, within 1 hour. We may ask you to share a photo of the items delivered for verification purposes.
We will try to find a solution and provide you with the missing items from your order. If you’ve received the wrong items, we will arrange for a replacement.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, you can choose to wait until it is restored or request a refund. This process usually does not take long.
Product Availability:
- Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit quantities of items (especially on special offer) if we believe the quantity ordered may jeopardize availability for other customers.
- If an item is out of stock, you can join the waiting list by clicking on the option to reserve it.
Liability Responsibility
Please note that adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control may result in occasional late or canceled deliveries. If that happens, we will endeavor to contact you to reschedule your delivery.
Our liability to you will be limited to the price of items not delivered and the cost of delivery. (Refer to our refund policy)
Unattended Deliveries:
Normally, the delivery team will only make deliveries when an appropriate person is able to receive the order. If you instruct the delivery team to leave the order unattended, Tizardin expressly disclaims all liability for the item(s) being left unattended.
We will not leave items unattended at your chosen pick-up point. You or an authorized person must be present upon delivery.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and quantity of our items. Upon receipt, please inspect the plant(s) and notify us promptly by SMS or by calling our team at +230 52555061 or +230 52542667.
If the item does not meet your satisfaction, we will offer a full refund or arrange for a replacement, provided you notify us within 1 hour of delivery. Subject to availability. Refer to our refund policy page.
