Delivery Policy

At Tizardin.mu, we offer both home delivery and store pick-up across Mauritius for all our plants and garden goods. Here’s everything you need to know.

Delivery Options

🏠 Home Delivery

  • Minimum order of Rs 500 required.
  • Delivery fee calculated by region—enter your postal code at checkout for “Local Delivery” rate.
  • Don’t know your postal code? Find it here or use our alternate lookup.

🏬 Pick Up in Store

  • Free of charge.
  • Collect at our Tizardin.mu store once your items are ready.
  • We’ll notify you by email, SMS or WhatsApp with pickup details & map pin.
  • Pay in-store by cash or MCB Juice Pay at collection.
  • If collecting for someone else, please bring the order reference number.

🎁 Free Home Delivery

  • Orders over Rs 2,000 (before discounts) qualify for free home delivery.
  • Automatically applied in your cart when your total ≥ Rs 1,500 and valid postal code entered.
  • Tip: Know your postal code for accurate rates. Lookup here.

📦 Delivery Confirmation & Scheduling

  • You’ll get confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp) within hours of payment.
  • Deliveries run weekdays (and Saturdays), not Sundays or public holidays.
  • You can request preferred windows via WhatsApp— we’ll accommodate when possible.
  • If delivery falls on a holiday, we’ll move it to the next available Saturday (store pick-ups unaffected).

✅ Ensure Timely Delivery

At checkout, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Valid phone number
  • After payment, WhatsApp us your receipt

If you’re unavailable, an authorized person may receive your order—just notify us via WhatsApp with their contact.

🕒 Delivery Windows

  • Standard: 48–72 hrs on weekdays (region-dependent).
  • Express: Same/next-day in selected areas.
  • Remote districts (Flacq, Moka, Savanne, etc.) may take longer.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Keep your phone on: We’ll call when the driver’s nearby.
  • Missed delivery: If no one’s home, items are held and re-delivery incurs a fee (see our Refund Policy).
  • Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 1 hr with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
  • Unattended drop-offs: We do not leave orders unattended—liability waived if you request it.
