Common Name: Alocasia Clypeolata Green Shield, Alocasia
Shield has thick, oval, leathery leaves that are apple green with dramatically contrasting black zones around primary veins with lower leaf surface pale green. This Philippines native’s name “Clypeolata” literally means “little shield.”
